How do I choose the right size for my baby?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the best fit. If you're unsure about sizes, we generally recommend sizing up (babies grow fast!).

What fabric do you use?
All our baby essentials are made from a premium blend of 95% TENCEL™ Lyocell and 5% elastane. This combination gives you the best of both worlds — the silky softness and breathability of TENCEL™, with just the right amount of stretch for comfort and movement. Are your fabrics safe for newborns?
Yes! Our fabrics are hypoallergenic, OEKO-TEX® certified, and free from harsh chemicals, making them perfectly safe for delicate newborn skin.
Are you OEKO-TEX®100 certified?
Yes! Every Cuddle Club product is made with fabrics that are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning they’ve been independently tested and verified to be free from harmful substances. It’s our way of ensuring that what touches your baby’s skin is as safe and gentle as possible. 💛
How do I care for my Cuddle Club clothing?
To keep your baby’s Cuddle Club essentials soft and in great shape:
- Machine wash cold (max. 30°C) on a gentle cycle with similar colours
- Use a laundry net to preserve fabric quality and reduce friction
- Do not use bleach or harsh detergents
- Do not tumble dry — line dry or lay flat to maintain softness and shape
- Iron on low heat with a cloth barrier
Orders & Shipping
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping within Singapore is free for orders above S$80.
For orders below S$80, a flat rate of S$5 applies at checkout.
Please ensure all shipping information provided are accurate. In cases which any of the information provided is incorrect, we shall not be held responsible for lost packages.
What is the delivery time and shipping cost for Singapore?
Shipping fee
• Free for orders above S$80
• S$5 for orders below S$80
Dispatch time
• Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days once payment is confirmed
Delivery time
• 2-4 business days after your order has been shipped
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within Singapore only.
We're working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery soon!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can check its journey at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns, but we're happy to assist with exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective
- An incorrect product item was sent
- Size exchanges (for the same product and design only)
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
For size exchanges:
- Return shipping is to be borne by the customer
- A $5 re-shipping fee applies for the replacement item
- Replacement items will be dispatched after inspection of the returned piece
Sale items are not exchangeable, and each order is eligible for one exchange per item only.
I received an incorrect product.
We're so sorry about that. Please email us at hello@mycuddleclub.co within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a photo of the product received.
Once we confirm the error, we'll arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.
I received a defective/damaged product.
Oh no, that shouldn't happen! Please email us at hello@mycuddleclub.co within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and photos of the defect/damage.
After reviewing your case, we'll arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.
If the original product is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit.
- The store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.
- It will be sent directly to your email for use on your next Cuddle Club purchase.
I did not receive some of the items I ordered.
We're sorry for the mix-up. Please contact us at hello@mycuddleclub.co with your order number and details of your missing item(s).
We'll check your order records and get the missing item(s) sent out as soon as possible.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
We understand it can be difficult getting the perfect fit for your little one. We offer size exchanges for the same product and design only, within 7 business days of your purchase.
To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange fees:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us
- A $5 re-shipping fee applies for the replacement item(s)
- Replacement item(s) will be shipped only after the returned piece has been received and inspected
Each item is eligible for one exchange only. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make changes. We kindly ask for your assistance in doing a thorough review before checking out!
I've made an error in my shipping address. Can I update it?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at hello@mycuddleclub.co as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but only if your order hasn't started processing yet.
If you've already received a shipping confirmation, we're unfortunately unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Payment
What are my payment options?
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payment methods are processed securely at checkout.
Can bundle discounts be combined with promo codes?
Our bundle sets are already thoughtfully priced, so they can’t be combined with additional promo codes.
Promo codes can still be applied to non-bundle items in your cart. 🤍
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! All transactions on Cuddle Club are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways to protect your information.
Account Information
Where is my account?
If you created an account with Cuddle Club, you can access it by clicking the Account link at the top of our website. From there, you can view your orders, manage your details, and track shipments.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email to reset your password securely.
How can I delete my account?
If you’d like to delete your account, please contact us at hello@mycuddleclub.co. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure your personal information is removed in accordance with privacy regulations.
How do I unsubscribe from email communications?
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email from us. Alternatively, contact hello@mycuddleclub.co and we’ll assist you with managing your email preferences.
