Cuddle Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of errors in pricing, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment partners. We do not store your credit card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Cuddle Club is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless an item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@mycuddleclub.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

7. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We strive to ensure that product information on our Site is accurate, but slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or manufacturing tolerances.
